The Board of Trustees (BoTs) have overall responsivity for ICN’s to achieve its objectives.
The BoTs are accountable to the members of ICN whilst hold the stewardship of the ICN resources.
The BoTs undertake activities in the pursuit of the ICN’s objective and report annually to the members in an AGM.
BoTs member need to have genuine passion for ICN objectives and activities, share its vision offer their advice in line with ethical values set.
The time commitment for BoT s member is annual. To attend meetings, support ICN’s activities actively, constructively challenge the obstacles and move forward in achieving strategic goals of ICN.
